Job summary

Metrobank is looking for a Management Trainee for the Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking) track. The program is designed to fast-track high-potential talent into future Relationship Manager and commercial banking roles.

As a trainee, you will undergo structured training, business immersions, and rotations across functions while developing leadership and advisory skills. Successful trainees will join designated Relationship Management positions after completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical aptitude and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the potential to build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and achievement through academic, organizational, or professional experiences.
• Strong interest in commercial banking, credit analysis, and relationship management.
• Learning agility, resilience, and drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities
