Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is the Philippines’ leading full‑service bank, offering a wide range of financial and digital banking services. The Accounting Assistant is responsible to assists the branch in its control and compliance functions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

This role requires onsite work in Midsayap and involves batching and balancing reports, vouching transactions, and maintaining GL and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant to the job with at least 18 accounting units.
• Experience in branch banking accounting operations and GL reconciliation is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills; proficient in computer and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Batching and balancing reports against posting media and source documents.
• Support vouching of CASA, TD, GL tickets and other transaction slips.
• Prepare processing of outward checks and review GL reports to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
