Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is hiring a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and more in line with bank standards.

The role requires clear communication, on-site work in Tacurong City, and may include promoting bank products. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for candidates having at least 1 year in branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Tacurong City.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
