Job summary

Tenerity Philippines Corp. is seeking a Bank Reconciliation Administrator within the Accounting and Financial Operations team (AFO) to ensure accurate and timely bank account processing, ledger postings, and reconciliation against payments.

You will handle Webloyalty invoices, approvals, coding, and support across all countries covered by AFO, collaborating with O2C and P2P teams to resolve variances and maintain SOX/compliance.

Qualifications

• GCSEs with strong Maths and English.
• A level or accounting/business qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Timely downloading and importing of bank statements into Oracle cash management.
• Reconcile all bank accounts in line with finance deadlines and procedures.
• Identify reconciliation differences and work with O2C and P2P to resolve them.
• Enter bank charges into Oracle as required.
• Monitor and process direct debits and alert management of irregularities.
• Process banking transfers via journals as requested by Treasury.
