The Marketing Assistant-Pool role provides service to clients for account opening, placements, client inquiries and after sales services, while supporting the Marketing Officer in selling bank products. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, good communication and computer skills, and willingness to work on site in the Olongapo area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably Business Course)
• Proficiency in computer and business applications
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to work on site in Olongapo Area

Responsibilities

• Provide service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
• Assist Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services
• Perform start and end of day banking activities
• Ensure correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end-of-day transactions and activities
• Ensure compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements
• Assist in achieving bank’s financial targets
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
