Sun Life Grepa Financial is looking for Bancassurance Sales Officers to promote and sell life insurance products at partner bank branches in Metro Manila, including Makati, helping clients achieve financial security.

You will build strong relationships with bank staff and clients, conduct needs analysis, present Sun Life solutions, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering excellent after-sales support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned in bank branches.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch personnel and clients.
• Identify and assess the financial needs of bank clients and offer appropriate Sun Life insurance solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and financial needs analysis.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in trainings, product updates, and branch meetings.
