Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Bogo, Cebu. You will identify sales opportunities by reaching out to new leads, present financial solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

The position offers a monthly base salary plus incentives, with HMO coverage for you and up to two dependents, life insurance, and a retirement plan. Additional rewards include a 14th-month pay, attendance bonuses, and annual salary increases.

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, banking, or financial services.

• Passionate about building relationships and providing excellent customer support.
