Responsibilities

• Bag groceries efficiently, safely, and neatly, separating fragile and perishable items as needed.
• Assist customers in carrying groceries to their vehicles when requested.
• Return empty shopping carts to the designated cart areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in the checkout and bagging areas.
• Assist with restocking shelves or front-end displays when bagging duties are slow.
• Support cashier team by managing the bagging queue and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and thank them for shopping at Shopwise.
• Follow store policies on packaging (e.g., using reusable bags, avoiding plastic when applicable).
• Handle customer concerns or direct them to appropriate personnel.
