Job description
- Safely and efficiently operate backhoes to dig, load, and move materials according to project specifications.
- Conduct daily pre-start and post-operation checks, perform basic preventive maintenance, and report any issues to a supervisor.
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure the work meets project requirements. Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members.
