We are expanding and looking for detail-oriented Back-Office Admin / Data Entry Specialists to join our Manila team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
  • Update customer records, job details, inventory logs, or project information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process emails, forms, and information requests from Australian teams.
  • Maintain strong organisation and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in admin, data entry, back-office processing, or BPO support.
  • Strong typing speed and high accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and basic office tools.
  • Good written English and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors.
  • Amenable to Manila office-based work and Australian business hours.
