Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a Back-End Software Engineer (Java Developer) in Metro Manila to lead greenfield development of cloud-based platforms for enterprise clients. You will architect, design, and code scalable backend systems using Java and Spring, and collaborate with Product and UX teams to shape roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with First Class Honors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful services and backend engineering for enterprise applications.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and data processing.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and web security principles.
