The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Special Needs Education or related field and will contribute to ongoing research and program development within the BSNEd program.
The main function of the BSNEd (Bachelor in Special Needs Education) College Faculty member is to be proficient in his/her teaching profession, manifesting expertise on the subject and capability to manage the class. He/she demonstrates fairness and reasonable assessment of students’ performance and allocates appropriate time for academic counseling. The faculty member should also be actively involved in professional organizations and in some community extension projects. He/she engages in research work and is responsible for this development.
At least two (2) years teaching experience in the field of specialization or teaching assignment or at least fifteen (15) years equivalent industry experience
Must have aMaster’s degreein Special Needs Education, or related to the field of specialization or teaching assignment
