Document Processing Services AK is seeking dynamic B2C Field Sales Representatives for the Batangas area. This full-time role involves direct field engagement, building client relationships, and driving sales growth while promoting our document processing services.

You will work independently, meet ambitious targets, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Prior field sales experience and a valid license are preferred, with a company-provided support framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales (B2C) or similar direct selling.
• Willingness to work in Batangas area and build local routes.
• Strong integrity, patience, and warmth with elderly clients and families.
• Own motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.
• Experience handling personal and government document requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable local transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct house-to-house sales across Batangas neighborhoods to locate senior citizens who previously worked as OFWs.
• Build genuine trust with seniors and families, presenting services to help secure eligible foreign assistance.
• Provide assistance and guidance in preparing and gathering necessary personal documents for foreign assistance.
• Plan efficient daily field routes across Batangas to maximize community reach, client onboarding, and penetration of the area.
• Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to company values and customer service standards

This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our company, building meaningful relationships with customers and driving sales growth through direct engagement in the field. As a B2C Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, promoting our document processing services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work independently whilst contributing to achieving ambitious targets and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

Conduct house-to-house sales across Batangas neighborhoods to locate senior citizens who previously worked as OFWs.

What we're looking for

With experience in door-to-door sales (B2C), direct selling, microfinance, financial services, or community outreach.

Strong familiarity with the whole Batangas area and its routes.

High integrity, patience, and warmth when interacting with elderly clients and family decision-makers.

Self-driven field worker comfortable with regular door-to-door visits. Owning a motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.

With experience in handling personal and government document requirements.

Valid driver's license and reliable access to transportation for field activities within the Batangas area
