Job summary

Brainbox is a unique BPO focusing on culture and growth. We seek a Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to build our client’s marketing function from the ground up, handling prospecting, content, and multi-channel campaigns.

You will research target sectors, create content, run email and LinkedIn campaigns, and schedule meetings for the CEO. This onsite role offers day shifts and growth opportunities in an Australian-facing market.

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience in marketing, lead generation or sales development.
• Experience building and verifying prospect lists from LinkedIn and directories.
• Experience writing B2B content such as posts, emails and case studies.
• Experience running end-to-end email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Experience qualifying inbound inquiries and booking meetings for a decision maker.
• CRM pipeline maintenance with contacts, replies and stages.
• Clear written and spoken English for outreach to Australian companies.

Responsibilities

• Research and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, websites and directories.
• Write and publish B2B content, including LinkedIn posts and email copy; create simple graphics.
• Plan and run email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns from list to results; book meetings.
• Log contacts, replies and pipeline stages in the CRM; report on performance.
