Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with deep Azure expertise to maintain availability, performance, and reliability of our SaaS applications. You will own automation, monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure improvements across a multi‑cloud, multi‑region setup, collaborating with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams.

You will lead incident response, drive disaster recovery improvements, and build automation to reduce manual toil while ensuring customer‑facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Administration experience with production ownership.
• Hands-on experience administering Azure environments, including AKS and core Azure services.
• Solid monitoring, logging, and alerting practices using Datadog, Azure Monitor, and ELK stack.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, DNS, and routing.
• Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python).
• Disaster recovery, geo-redundant/multi-region deployments understanding.
• Strong ownership mindset across incident lifecycles and customer‑facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own availability and performance of production SaaS apps on Azure across regions.
• Lead troubleshooting of cloud infra and app issues including AKS failures and deployment rollbacks.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and drive incident response from detection to resolution.
• Improve disaster recovery, failover, and incident management across multi-region deployments.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and monitoring tools to reduce toil.
• Write post‑incident reviews, identify root causes, and drive preventive actions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve reliability, observability, and performance.
