Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Application Engineer to work from home, focusing on Azure-based solutions and architectural leadership. You will own the technical vision, convert requirements into designs, and guide deployment for client workloads in Azure.

You will mentor junior developers, stay ahead of cloud trends, and collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities. A strong background in C#/.NET, Angular, React, Node, and Agile is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 5–7 years in application development with C#, .NET, Angular, Microservices, React and Node.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft technologies, and Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to write code while designing complex cloud architectures.
• Consulting experience and familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Strong OOAD and design patterns; Agile & DevOps familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own technical envisioning, design, scope and collaborate to implement Azure-based solutions.
• Convert requirements into technical designs using existing tools, services and frameworks.
• Lead design and deployment of client workloads in Azure with architectural guidance.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud tech trends and implications for solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance consumption in high-potential accounts with sales.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior developers and other teams.
