Job summary
EY is seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect/Manager to lead Azure cloud engineering and DevOps initiatives within the Global Delivery Services unit in the Philippines. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and governing scalable cloud solutions and modern delivery pipelines.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive cloud transformation programs across on‑premises, hybrid, and Azure‑based platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
- 10+ years in cloud engineering/architecture roles preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Experience leading architecture reviews and delivering cloud transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Architect and oversee the setup, governance, and optimisation of Azure DevOps environments across programs and teams.
- Design enterprise‑grade CI/CD architectures supporting on‑premises, hybrid, and Azure‑based solutions.
- Define cloud‑native architectures using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIM, AKS, etc.
- Provide architectural oversight for API design, data flows, and application modernisation initiatives.
- Guide teams through solution reviews, architecture governance, and cloud readiness assessments.
