Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a skilled backend engineer in Metro Manila for building scalable services and cloud-native platforms. You will design and operate REST APIs and microservices in C#/.NET or Python, deploying to Azure App Service, Functions, AKS, or Container Apps with CI/CD in DevOps/GitHub Actions and IaC via Bicep or Terraform.

You will integrate AI/ML models, manage data across Delta lakehouse stacks, and ensure robust service layers between assistants and enterprise data.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building scalable back-end services (microservices, REST APIs) in C#/.NET or Python.
• Designs cloud-native platforms on Azure with App Service, Functions, AKS, or Container Apps.
• CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions with IaC in Bicep or Terraform.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into production using Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry.
• Data integration across lakehouse stacks with Delta tables, Fabric/OneLake, Databricks.
• Orchestrating API calls between services with caching and data shaping.
• Focus on performance, scalability, resilience; observability with Application Insights and OpenTelemetry.
• Agile, product-centric teamwork; code quality, testing, and secure coding best practices.
