Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring for an AI/ML Engineer role focusing on building and deploying AI/ML solutions across enterprise data platforms. You will design generative AI implementations with LLMs, integrate AI capabilities into data pipelines, and collaborate with product owners and data teams.

The position is a 1-year project-based contract with a day shift, located in Makati City with 2 days onsite per week. Applicants should be ready to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that integrate with enterprise data products.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, including RAG architecture and prompt engineering.
• CI/CD for ML models, model versioning, monitoring and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Machine Learning model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
