AXA Philippines is seeking a Product Solutions Specialist in Pangasinan with a hybrid work setup. The role lets you keep your current job while earning extra income on your own schedule, evenings, weekends, or lunch breaks, and without the need for prior sales experience.

You will meet clients, assess financial needs, and recommend AXA life, health, savings and investment products, building lasting relationships with referrals and ongoing support.

• Good communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule.

Salary Range:₱30,000 – ₱40,000+ per month (Commission-Based + Performance Incentives)

• Currently employed as a professional (any industry – BPO, government, banking, real estate, sales, education, freelance, etc.)
