Location: Pangasinan | Hybrid

Employment Type:Full-time, Part-time

Salary Range:₱30,000 – ₱40,000+ per month (Commission-Based + Performance Incentives)

What You Will Do

• Meet with clients online or in person to understand their financial needs
• Recommend AXA products that fit those needs (life insurance, health coverage, savings, investments)
• Build relationships with clients and help them over timeGrow your client base through referrals from satisfied customers.
• No sales experience is required. Full training is provided.

Who We Are Looking For

• A college graduate (any course) or with equivalent work experience
• Currently employed as a professional (any industry – BPO, government, banking, real estate, sales, education, freelance, etc.)
• Good communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
