Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati is seeking an Avaloq Technical Business Consultant to lead validation workshops, design sessions, and end-to-end delivery on client projects.

You will act as a subject matter expert across Avaloq streams, drive builds, tests, and go-live activities, ensuring architecture aligns with core Avaloq concepts.

Candidates should have 8+ years of software/analyst experience, ACCP mandatory, ABR/S a plus, and strong Oracle/PL-SQL and integration knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software development/analyst experience.
• ACCP Certification is mandatory; ABR/S Certification is a plus.
• Implementation experience with Avaloq Banking Suite, ACP functional and parameterization knowledge/experience is mandatory.
• Strong project management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with IT architecture and application integration.
• Broad knowledge in Banking and Software.
• Experience in Oracle (PL/SQL), Database schema, and Web Technologies.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and drive solution validation or analysis & design workshops across different streams to ensure consistent and complete requirement & solution coverage.
• Act as subject matter expert at specific areas and able to go deep into requirement / solution gaps.
• Lead and drive implementation project at Build / Test / Go-Live stages, able to organize project streams to deliver the end-to-end project.
• Ensure the technical architecture aligns with Avaloq core concepts, blueprints, and best practices.
• Work under project timeline pressure & onsite with customers, focus on delivery results.

What We're Looking For

• At least 8 total years of relevant software development/analyst experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience as an Avaloq Banking Suite subject matter expert in at least two Avaloq streams - Investment Related Transaction, Cash Related Transaction, Finance, Cost & Fee, etc.
• ACCP Certification is mandatory; ABR/S Certification is a plus
• Implementation experience with Avaloq Banking Suite, ACP functional and parameterization knowledge/experience is mandatory.
• Strong project management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with IT architecture and application integration.
