Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an Avaloq Tech Lead / Senior Developer to analyze requirements, implement Avaloq components, and integrate data across modules including portfolio, payments, and trading. You will also support deployments, testing, and post-go-live enhancements on customer sites.

The role requires strong Avaloq expertise, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and API integration experience, with travel to client sites as needed. A technical mindset and collaboration with analysts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Avaloq ICE development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Avaloq scripts, packages, and data dictionary.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database development.
• Experience with API integrations (OPEN API / Web Services).
• Familiarity with batch processes and EOD cycles.

Role: Avaloq Tech Lead / Sr. Developer

Job Description:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Develop and customize Avaloq components including scripts, packages, workflows, screens, and interfaces
• Build and enhance Avaloq modules such as portfolio management, payments, trading, and accounting
• Perform parameterization, configuration, and system integration within the Avaloq ecosystem
• Develop and maintain reports, data extraction, and data warehouse integrations
• Strong experience in Avaloq ICE (Integrated Core Engine) development
• Expertise in Avaloq Scripts & Packages, Data Dictionary, Workflow, Rule Engine, Order validations, Context actions, reports
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle database development
• Experience with API integrations (OPEN API / Web Services)
• Flexibility to travel and work with customers onsite.
• Good understanding of batch processes (EOD), fee engines, and data extraction
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, version control, and release management frameworks
• Support release management, upgrades, and production deployments
• Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and defect resolution
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Provide post-go-live support, bug fixing, and system enhancements
