Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in banking/financial services.
• Solid understanding of core banking processes (payments, securities, client lifecycle management, regulatory reporting).
• Experience with Avaloq parameterization or Avaloq projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
