Job summary

ENGIE South East Asia is seeking an experienced AV Technician to maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for events, meetings and corporate functions across sites in the Philippines. You will perform on-site checks, install and test equipment, and provide standby support during events.

The role requires hands-on experience with AV equipment such as speakers, projectors and lighting, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, including after-hours coverage when

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
• 5 years of hands-on AV maintenance or event support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting AV systems including speakers, projectors and lighting.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support events outside normal working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of Audio Visual (AV) systems and equipment.
• Perform daily checks to ensure AV systems are in good working condition.
• Set up and test AV equipment for events, meetings and functions.
• Provide on-site standby support during events and attend to any AV faults promptly.
• Perform AV cabling, installation and maintenance works.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
• Relevant AV certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on AV maintenance or event support experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting AV systems, speakers, microphones, projectors and lighting systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support events outside normal working hours when required.
