Job summary

DELPANUEVO TRADING CORP. in Cavite seeks an Automotive Store Supervisor to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy automotive store.

You will oversee inventory, coordinate with suppliers, implement promotions, and maintain store standards, safety, and profitability. A mid-senior level candidate with automotive retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required). Degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in an automotive or retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with automotive products, tools, and accessories.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
• Experience in managing inventory, customer service, and team performance.

Leadership and Team Management:

Operations Management:
