Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate; vocational training in Automotive Servicing preferred.
• TESDA Automotive Servicing NC II certification is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience as an automotive mechanic.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Able to read service manuals and follow repair instructions.
• Physically capable of performing workshop duties.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, tune-ups, fluid checks.
• Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts and use diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct road tests and maintain accurate repair records.
• Report findings and recommendations; keep tools and work area organized.
• Follow safety procedures and properly handle automotive fluids and waste.
