Overview
An Automotive Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. This includes working on various vehicle systems such as engines, brakes, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct test drives to ensure proper repairs and performance.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry safety standards.
Qualifications
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
