Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (Car Dealership).
• Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Office Applications.
• Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounts payable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company's books of accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and external audit requirements, including BIR audits.
• Process sales and service commissions and incentives.
• Process accounts payable for key suppliers.
• Manage and monitor fixed assets.
• Oversee inventory monitoring and reconciliation.
• Process payments for utilities, rentals, and company subscriptions.
• Verify and review recorded sales transactions.
• Process and monitor government permits, renewals, and payments.
