Job summary

We Support Incorporated is seeking a Senior Automation Tester in Metro Manila. The role demands at least 5 years in automated testing, test design and test planning, and strong manual testing experience.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, advanced SDLC knowledge, and excellent planning and communication skills, with at least 1 year in a supervisory QA role. Banking or packaged app experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Automation Tester (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automated testing (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in test design and test planning (non-negotiable).
• Solid experience in manual testing (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial QA role, not limited to acting as a sub-lead (non-negotiable).
• Experience with various software testing methodologies (non-negotiable).
• Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (non-negotiable).
• Strong planning and organizational skills (non-negotiable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable).
• Experience with banking applications or packaged applications is an advantage.
