Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a performance test specialist to define testing scope and strategy, and to design automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, or Appium. You will analyze results, document metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating realistic test data sets for high-volume executions and maintaining comprehensive test plans and documentation. The role focuses on robust, reusable automation and close collaboration with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Test Planning & Strategy: Define performance testing scope, strategy, and test plans based on non-functional requirements.
• Scripting & Automation: Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable performance test scripts using Playwright, selenium or Appium.
• Reporting & Documentation: Analyze test results, maintain performance testing documentation (test plans, metrics, and reports), and deliver clear, actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Data Preparation: Create, maintain, and manage realistic test data sets required for high-volume execution (both normal and exception/edge-case scenarios).
