Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in process innovation and automation in food manufacturing.
• Experience leading automation and process improvement projects.
• Experience in engineering project management in multinational companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess automation opportunities across commissaries.
• Lead supplier selection aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Prepare and present project funding proposals for management approval.
• Conduct FAT to ensure equipment meets performance standards before deployment.
• Manage end-to-end execution of equipment installation and qualification.
• Ensure smooth handover of new systems to manufacturing operations.
