Double S Auto Parts is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Auto Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right auto parts and provide expert advice on products, sales, and inventory. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of service and the best parts for their vehicles.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in automotive technology, mechanics, or parts management is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in automotive parts sales or working in an auto parts store is preferred, but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive parts, tools, and accessories. Ability to identify, recommend, and sell parts for a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately identify and order auto parts, as well as handle transactions, returns, and stock management.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain inventory and ensure the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
