Job summary

Mega Sardines is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on its vehicle fleet. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and enhancing reliability of mostly four-wheeled vehicles, in alignment with Motorpool standards.

The ideal candidate will have automotive certifications, a high school diploma or higher, and strong knowledge of fleet management SOPs and basic electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Certification on Automotive courses is required.
• High school graduate or higher.
• Knowledge of SOP for Motorpool and Fleet management.
• Basic electrical knowledge related to Motorpool.
• Basic vehicle electrical knowledge.
• Know-how of SOP for Motorpool and Fleet Management; trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance schedule as set by Motorpool Supervisor.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles.
• Identify causes, solutions, and repairs for vehicles, mostly 4W.

• To identify causes, solutions, and repairs for vehicles, mostly 4w.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a certification on Automotive courses.
• Should be a highschool graduate or higher.
• Knowledge of SOP of Motorpool and Fleet management
• Basic electrical related to Motorpool knowledge
• With basic vehicle electrical knowledge
• Has knowledge in Standard Operating Procedure of Motorpool and Fleet Management
• Can work with minimal supervision and has a high sense of trustworthiness
