Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring an Automotive Electrician to diagnose and repair electrical and electronic problems in vehicles at our Pasig workshop. You will inspect wiring, lighting, sensors, and related components, using multimeters and scan tools to troubleshoot faults.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II Certificate or equivalent required.
• Graduate of Automotive Technology or related technical course preferred.
• Experience with automotive electrical systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a workshop environment and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive electrical and electronic problems.
• Inspect wiring, fuses, batteries, alternators, starters, relays, and electrical connections.
• Install and maintain vehicle lighting systems, wiring, sensors, and electrical accessories.
• Troubleshoot starting, charging, ignition, and electrical faults.
• Use multimeters, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify problems.
• Repair or replace damaged wiring, connectors, switches, and components.
• Read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical inspections.
• Test repaired systems for proper operation and safety.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
