Job summary

Responsibility includes masking, defect rectification, and QC before releasing units, with careful materials management and adherence to safety procedures to minimize rework and waste.

Qualifications

• High quality application of body filler, primers, sanding and sealers for base and clear coat.
• Ability to use spray guns and polishing tools to achieve flawless finish.
• Team-oriented work with Painters, Tinsmiths, and Job Controllers.
• Adherence to safety gear and company processes throughout the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily units for painting with accurate masking and surface prep.
• Operate spray guns and sanding tools to apply base and clear coats.
• Perform QC before painting and after painting to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and proper equipment use.
• Collaborate with team to diagnose and plan repairs with Job Controller.
