Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks an Accountant to support Australian private and mid-market businesses across financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and research. You will travel to Australia and join a pioneer team while enjoying hybrid work from Pampanga and a competitive monthly salary.

Required are 4–5 years of Australian taxation and accounting experience, CA qualification or progress, and strong communication skills to liaise with clients and ATO-like bodies.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of Australian taxation and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, accounting legislation, and regulatory requirements.
• CA qualified, Part CA qualified, or pursuing CA qualification.
• Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with Australian businesses across multiple entity structures.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities.
• Analytical and proactive approach to resolving accounting and taxation matters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Business Services Accounting for Australian clients.
• Prepare Australian financial statements for various entities.
• Process journals accurately within client accounting software.
• Prepare supporting workpapers and maintain engagement documentation.
• Review financial information and gather required documentation.
