Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Credit Analyst or Loan Processor in Australian brokerage or lender environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Mercury Nexus (Connective) CRM strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience packaging and submitting mortgage applications.
  • Strong understanding of Australian lending processes and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain clean, compliant files.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • comfortable working within Australian timelines and service standards.
  • Proactive follow-up mindset.

Responsibilities

  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain Mercury Nexus CRM, keep pipelines clean, track tasks, ensure smooth workflow.
  • Loan Processing & Packaging: Set up files, support packaging and submission of mortgage applications, organize documents.
  • Pricing & Application Coordination: Assist with pricing requests, prepare AOL packs, track valuations.
  • Settlement & Progression Support: Follow up with lenders and conveyancers, monitor deadlines, provide updates.
