JOB SUMMARY:

An auditor's responsibilities include providing an objective and independent view on the integrity and fairness of financial statements, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards, and assessing internal controls to detect risks and propose changes. Examining financial data, conducting risk-based tests, discovering inconsistencies and probable fraud, recording findings, and providing thorough audit reports with management suggestions are among the primary tasks.

Required Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
3. Help the CFO conduct audits and organize semi-annual audits.
4. Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
5. At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or position.
6. Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and attentive to details.
7. Experience in Oracle NetSuite accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.
8. Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Deadline oriented.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare thorough, unbiased audit findings and reports for top management.
2. Share best practices and tips for improvement.
3. Examine financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow) to confirm their accuracy and completeness.
4. Examine accounting data, financial records, and operational factors to collect proof.
5. Confirm that financial statements are presented properly and adhere to widely accepted accounting rules.
