Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Audit Supervisor in the Philippines to guide Audit Staff through audits of manufacturing operations, finances and policies. The role emphasizes ensuring policy compliance and effective supervision of daily audit activities.

The successful candidate will help develop the annual audit plan, budget and timeline, monitor ongoing audits and present findings to the Audit Manager. Willingness to work in San Juan City is required.

Qualifications

• Supervise Audit Staff during audits of business operations, manufacturing processes and finances.
• Assist in performance evaluations of audit staff.
• Develop and modify annual audit plan, budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure awareness of all company policies and procedures as reference for audit activities.
• Responsible for daily supervision of Audit Staff and completion of performance evaluations.
• Assist in developing annual audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.
• Develop and modify the audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.
• Support implementation and execution of the audit plan, monitor compliance, prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to Audit Manager.
• Assist the Audit Manager in managing the Audit Department administratively.
• Help resolve problems faced by subordinates and promote teamwork.

Job Description

Supervise and guide all Audit Staff during audit of business operations, manufacturing processes, finances, field work and audit reporting with emphasis in the observance and compliance of policies and procedures of the company.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist the Audit Manager in managing the Audit Department administratively.
• Help resolve the problems and concerns faced by the subordinates and provide appropriate solutions to promote teamwork.
