Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred.
• Significant external audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise external audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review audit working papers, financial information, and engagement deliverables.
• Evaluate internal controls and significant audit matters.
• Guide and review the work of audit associates and senior auditors.
• Monitor engagement timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and engagement leaders to resolve audit matters.
