Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks an Audit Supervisor to lead and supervise Audit Staff in examining business operations, manufacturing processes, finances, fieldwork, and audit reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will coordinate audits, review findings, and support the implementation of corrective actions, drawing on your CPA background and experience to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to audit standards.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required; CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum of three years of audit experience.
• Certified Internal Auditor training and BIR Taxation training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Audit Staff in audits of operations, manufacturing, finances, fieldwork and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee audit reporting and fieldwork, review findings and support corrective actions.
