• Reviews and verifies financial documents prior to the CEO’s signature and approval


• Identifies and prevents fraud, irregularities, and financial risks


• Evaluates internal controls, processes, and asset management


• Monitors compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations


• Verifies invoices, receipts, purchase orders, disbursements, and supporting documents


• Assesses operational efficiency and recommend process improvements


• Identifies risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions


• Prepares audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management


• Coordinates with relevant departments on audit findings and corrective actions


• Provides advisory support on internal controls, risk management, and compliance


• Maintains accurate and confidential audit records and documentation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• At least 1–2 years of audit or accounting experience


• Strong knowledge of financial documents and internal controls


• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


• Organized, highly detail-oriented, and with integrity


• Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
