Job summary

Roadsky Manufacturer and Builder Corp. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an Audit Associate to plan and conduct audits, develop work programs, and reference business objectives, processes, policies, and best practices.

You will perform risk assessments, walkthroughs, and document test procedures, while assisting in process development and post-implementation reviews to ensure proper controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA or CIA is an advantage.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• Open to fieldwork.
• Can Start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops audit work programs, including audit objectives, risks, and test procedures with reference to business objectives, processes, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conducts process and system walkthrough to understand the process, risks, and controls during an audit engagement.
• Performs risks assessment by identifying and evaluating the control design of the audit process being covered. Uses industry best practices and benchmarks to evaluate the organization’s current practices. Executes and documents test procedures.
• As applicable, participates in process/system development and implementation through pre- and/or post-implementation reviews while assuring appropriate functionality and controls are in place.
• Prepares and organizes working papers, documentations and supports after every audit phase for submission to the Audit Supervisor for review.
• Assists the Audit Supervisor in the preparation of annual budget and audit plans.
