Job summary

Paul Wan & Co is seeking an experienced audit professional to manage and execute audits across diverse industries. You will lead audit teams, review internal controls, and prepare clear reports for clients while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in public accounting, strong leadership and communication skills, and holds degrees or qualifications such as ACCA/CA Singapore/CPA Australia. A collaborative, growth-focused firm environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Singapore, or CPA Australia are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in IT processes and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and carry out audits for a variety of clients from different industries, ensuring they meet all required standards and regulations.
• Plan audits, conduct fieldwork, and prepare clear audit reports.
• Lead the audit team, supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Identify financial risks and review internal controls, suggesting improvements when needed.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients, answering questions and providing support.
• Make sure audits are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality.
