Job summary

AvantePH is seeking an Audit Staff in the Tondo area to support auditing, payroll and administrative operations. You will help ensure accurate financial records, compliance with policies, and smooth administrative processes within a food business.

Responsibilities include assisting internal audits, payroll processing, maintaining organized records, and preparing management reports. The role requires a degree in a related field and a detail-oriented, confidential approach to work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or payroll.
• Knowledge of internal auditing procedures and payroll systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek).

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal audits, including verification of financial records and documentation.
• Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary computations.
• Maintain organized records of transactions, inventory, and administrative documents.
• Prepare audit, payroll, and administrative reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and finance teams for data collection.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
