• Manage team of auditors across multiple geographies, setting clear goals, supporting audits, fostering collaboration, and managing performance.
• Conducted risk assessments by evaluating control designs, identifying deficiencies, assessing mitigating controls, and highlighting control gaps.
• Gathered and analyzed complex data, organized meetings and interviews with auditees and management, and ensured audits met risk, time, and budget requirements.
• Developed and communicated audit findings by reviewing working papers, coordinating remediation plans, writing audit reports, and presenting results and recommendations to management.
• Supported annual global audit scoping and planning, and led the planning, execution, and reporting of operational audits in a manufacturing environment.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA
• 10+ years experience in Audit
