• Encoding of released unit based on the folder submitted to the audit section.
• Monitoring, checking, and filling of Accessories Request Form (ARF).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Encoding of released unit base the folder submitted to the audit section.
• Encoding and checking of released unit (Accounting copy).
• Encoding of actual released date of unit, submitted by guards on duty and filling.
• Monitoring, Checking and Filling of Accessories Request Form (ARF). - Checking of all accessories item indicated on ARF - All green copy of ARF should be submitted to audit complete and by series. - All 5 copies of Cancelled ARF should be submitted to audit.
• Checking of TO-TOS Series (Daily Transactions of Cashier).
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
