Job summary

Estavillo & Company CPAs is seeking an Audit Associate to join a results-driven assurance team in Manila. You will assist in fieldwork, evaluate financial information, and contribute to reports that help clients make sound business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent is required.
• CPA or CPA board exam passer (or candidate) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit testing and documentation in accordance with firm standards.
• Analyze financial data and evaluate internal controls.
• Assist in preparing audit working papers, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure audit deadlines are met.
• Support audit supervisors and managers during client engagements.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all work.
