Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, is hiring an Audit Associate for its Assurance Team in the Makati area. You will perform audit procedures, prepare workpapers, and analyze financial information to support clients’ reporting and controls.

The role emphasizes collaboration and adherence to high standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2–3 years of audit experience, with strong US GAAP/GAAS knowledge and proficiency in CaseWare and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• Familiarity with CaseWare or similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures in accordance with auditing and accounting standards.
• Prepare audit workpapers and adjusting entries; review trial balances.
• Analyze financial information and compile statements and reports for clients and internal teams.
• Evaluate accounting and audit issues; document conclusions and evidence.
• Maintain organized audit documentation; build client relationships.
• Communicate engagement status and findings to seniors and managers.
